The black braided cable is adjustable from installation to a minimum of 25cm to a maximum of 110cm making the 'Alana' suitable for rooms with low or high ceiling heights. Pair with oversized globe vintage bulbs for an eye-catching feature in any living room or bedroom. The 'Alana' is also available in satin chrome and antique brass. Returns:

• Your satisfaction is our main priority.
• Should you find yourself in the unlikely situation where you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we will be more than happy to refund the original price of stock items.
• The goods must be returned by your own means within 7 days of receiving the delivery (the date of the delivery will be recorded by our carriers). We must obviously receive the goods back in a sale-able condition, unused, unmodified in the original packaging and box, with all associated components i.e. lamps.
• If you return goods after the 14 day period, you may incur a handling charge of at least 20% of the original order value.
• Faulty items - will have to be returned to our Harringay branch for testing.
• Lightplan incurs a handling charge from the suppliers after this period when returning goods.
