The Diyas Olivia pendant ceiling light in polished chrome and crystal is a stunning fitting featuring a black shade that will be in a focal point of any room. The Olivia pendant combines Asfour crystal drops that are suspended from a polished chrome frame with a classic tapered black organza shade. The black shade and crystal drops provide a beautiful lighting display. The pendant is hung from a polished chrome chain with a minimum drop of 670mm to a maximum drop of 1600mm making this pendant adaptable to different ceiling heights. This decorative pendant is transitional and will look equally well in traditional and modern settings. The Diyas Olivia pendant ceiling light is part of the Olivia range and is available in different colour options and six light versions. This pendant is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs. Returns:

• Your satisfaction is our main priority.
• Should you find yourself in the unlikely situation where you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we will be more than happy to refund the original price of stock items.
• The goods must be returned by your own means within 7 days of receiving the delivery (the date of the delivery will be recorded by our carriers). We must obviously receive the goods back in a sale-able condition, unused, unmodified in the original packaging and box, with all associated components i.e. lamps.
• If you return goods after the 14 day period, you may incur a handling charge of at least 20% of the original order value.
• Faulty items - will have to be returned to our Harringay branch for testing.
• Lightplan incurs a handling charge from the suppliers after this period when returning goods.
